Westminster at Crabapple’s Home Owners Association covenants provide for oversight of architectural changes in the community (including exterior painting, landscaping, additions, decks, maintenance, etc.).

Prior to making any changes to properties in the neighborhood owners must submit a plan to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The primary intention of the ACC rules are to protect the character and value of the neighborhood.

Guidelines are available from any member. The Committee is staffed by volunteers from the neighborhood. Please contact one of the listed members below with any questions or concerns you may have.  Please note that the process has changed.  The preferred method of submitting an ACC request is using the document below.
